Interpretation Introduction

(a) Interpretation:

After a typical meal, the blood glucose will rise from its fasting level of 4.4 mM to 6.6 mM, the grams of glucose increases should be calculated.

Concept Introduction:

The glucose amount in the blood differs with our food that we eat and drink and the part of it that gets accumulated in the liver and muscles is known as blood glucose.

Molarity is defined as number of moles of solute in 1 L of solution,

Thus,

  $M=\frac{n}{V}$

Here, n is number of moles of solute and V is volume of the solution.

Interpretation Introduction

(b) Interpretation:

The change in velocity for the liver hexokinase isoenzyme (IV) and the muscle hexokinase isoenzyme (I) should be estimated.

Concept Introduction:

The velocity change of hexokinase isoenzyme in liver increases with 10% at fasting and there is no velocity change in hexokinase isoenzyme in muscle with its maximum velocity avoiding self-generated sunlight.
