Introduction: The National Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics have improved nutrition care standards, which helps to serve guidelines for nutrition services. The standards are known as Nutrition Care Process (NCP). NCP is a part of new technology that is used to assist better delivery of health services, their cost evaluation, coding, chart preparation, and measurements of different outcomes.
