Implementation of a program to take an integer input from the userthat represents cents by the last two digits of the input and the rest digits representdollars.

Program Plan:

Write a C++ program required for a set of statements to accomplish the following:

o Read an integer input to get the number.

o Calculate the value of cents from the last two digits of the user’s number and the rest of the digits represent dollars.

o Display the dollars and cents from the user’s number.
