The doctor of L gave report to L saying that L's blood pressure is at the ${90}^{\text{th }}$ percentile among the men.

The report says that the blood pressure of L is at the ${90}^{\text{th }}$ percentile which means that $90\%$ of men's blood pressures are below the L's blood pressure and only $10\%$ of men are isabove L's blood pressure. In other words, L's blood pressure separates $10\%$ of thehighest blood pressures from lowest $90\%$ blood pressures.

Hence, L needs to worry about his blood pressure.
