To determine

Whether the time measured by radio waves sent from a clock shows more time, less time, or the same time as compared to another clock that is near the planet, when one clock is placed near a massive planet and the other is far away from it. Given that, two identical clocks which are initially far away from strong gravity sources, are synchronized far out in space. After this, one clock is placed near a massive planet and the time measured by the other clock is 1 hour.
