Concept Introduction:
The enzymes are considered as the catalyst for the biochemical reaction. They are involve in the biochemical reactions to speed them up and regenerate at the end of reaction or process. The Lock and Key model was purposed to explain the reactivity of enzymes. It states that each enzyme has certain active sites which can only allow the bonding of certain subtract molecules.
