Introduction: There exists a wide variety of organism in the environment. Different organisms have different types of genomes that make them unique. Animal and plants are highly different from each other. However, they both belong to the category of eukaryotes. Similarly, there are various similar species that share a difference in their total amount of DNA.

This led to the accumulation of great numbers of nucleotide and protein sequences in the numerous databases.
