Cancer is the disease that results from the uncontrolled division and growth of the cells. Genetic mutation is the main cause of cancer. This disease is usually treated with many treatments namely chemotherapy, radiation therapy, gene therapy, and immunotherapy. Emerging researches in the field of recombinant technology reveal that genetically modified micro-organism is also used in the treatment of cancer which is under the clinical trail.
