Where,V is the voltage, I is the current and R is the resistance.

As can be seen from above, the current can be increased by increasing the voltage and keeping resistance constant. Or, it can also be increased by decreasing the resistance of the circuit keeping the voltage constant.

Hence, the current through the circuit can be increased using the voltage applied and resistance of the circuit.
