Summary Introduction
Ruminants are mammalian animals that are foregut fermenting enzyme. Some of them are seen domestic animals. For example: cow and sheep. The rumen is the digestive organ that ferments and digests large sized food particles known as cud. The ingested plant materials remain for about 50 hours inside the rumen. Fermentation and digestive are carried by various microbes that are inhabitants of the rumen.
