Explanation Addition polymer are the polymer obtained from the addition of the monomer units by creating bond between them. Each unit of monomer creates bond between them to produce a long chain of polymer. Condensation polymers are obtained from the removal of groups like water molecules after the reaction of two monomer units. If the monomer units cannot form bond with other monomer units that involved removal of groups thus, they cannot undergo condensation polymerization. In an addition to polymerization, the polymers are formed by addition of two monomer units thus, no other side product is formed.
