Question
Chapter 24, Problem 105P
Interpretation Introduction
Interpretation:
Interpret the dependancy of life of primordial on rna not on dna.
Concept Introduction:
Dna converts into RNA with the process transcription. The produced mRNA contains both exon and introns after which Splicing of RNA results in removal of introns and thus mature mrna contains only exons which get converted to protein.
In replication each strand of DNA unwinds through origin of replication and thus new complementary strand developed with complementary bases between them.
