Summary Introduction
Introduction:
The pancreatic juice contains zymogens, enzymes, electrolytes, sodium bicarbonate, and water. Trypsinogen is a pancreatic zymogen. On the brush borders of the duodenum, enteropeptidase is secreted by the pancreas that converts the trypsinogen into trypsin. The dietary proteins are digested by the trypsin enzyme.
