Summary Introduction
To summarize:
The importance of lipids in the human body.
Introduction:
Lipids are the biological molecules that do not dissolve in the water. These are obtained from the animals (fats) and plants (oils). These are made up of mostly carbon and hydrogen only, but consist of a little amount of oxygen. Lipids lack hydrophilic groups and have low solubility in the polar solvents. The most common lipids are triglycerides and phospholipids.
