Concept Introduction:
Direct Marketing: Direct marketing refers to the strategy where businesses/employers directly communicate with targeted customers through various methods like text messaging, email messages, catalog distribution.
Interactive marketing: The marketing strategy that uses the two way communication method where they allow the customers to directly interact with the company or company representative. This interaction can happen in person, through blogs, social media or email.
Mass marketing: Mass marketing is the marketing strategy where the firm showcases their product to everyone with making any segmentation. The idea is to reach maximum number of people as possible. With maximum audience, the product remains in the spotlight which can correlate to the sales figure. Traditionally radio, television, newspapers were focused as a medium for mass marketing.
