Chapter 25, Problem 9TYK
Summary Introduction
Introduction: Cyanobacteria are the unicellular photosynthetic bacteria that produce its own food. It commonly lives in water, which was known to be found about more than 3.5 billion years ago. It is also called as blue-green algae. The activity of cyanobacteria is attributed to many Proterozoic oil deposits. It plays an important role in establishing ecological and evolutionary changes in the earth’s history.
