Immune system serves as the biological system that prevents the body from the foreign microbial population and infection. The weakening of the immune system causes a condition called immunodeficiency condition. Immunodeficiency is a state in which the ability of the immune system to fight against the infectious disease and cancer is entirely absent or is compromised. This condition makes a person vulnerable to infection from pathogens. There are two types of immunodeficiency conditions primary and secondary. Primary deficiency is an inherited deficiency disorder (SCID) and secondary immunodeficiency is an acquired disorder (AIDS).
