I have worked various jobs as well, and I have had many more negative experiences versus good experiences with corporations. I oftentimes see corporations mainly worried about profits and profits alone, which leaves the proper treatment of the employees to the sideline. The best example I see in today's world would be Amazon. I haven't heard from one person or source that working in their warehouses is an enjoyable experience. The workers barely get a break if you can even call it that, and its oftentimes harsh working conditions. To me that just seems like a company that is worried about making as much money as possible. This all changed in early 2000, however, when the prices of unprofitable dot-com stocks plummeted on Wall Street. Most analysts have attributed this to a return to rationality, with investors focusing once again on fundamentals like earnings growth.
