By using network schedule technique, draw a Network Diagram of above enlisted activities.
Find Critical Path , earliest start, earliest finish , latest start and latest finish from Network Diagram.
The conditions and pert times for constructing a network diagram are given below.-Creation conditions:(0-1) It is the initial activity.(1-2) and (1-3) Activities begin together. It follows activity (2-4) (1-2), activity (3-4) (1-3), and ends together.( 4-5 ) It is the last activity.
a-Create the network diagram.b-Calculate the critical path and show it on the diagram.c- If the expiry time is extended by 15 days, how much will the probability of expiry increase?
