The impedance triangle of a resistor (R ) an inductor (L ) connected in series in an AC circuit is shown in Fig. P3.30, where $R=100\Omega$ is the resistance of the resistor and $X_L=30\Omega$ is the inductive reactance of the inductor. Find the impedance Z and the phase angle $\theta$.
