Amazon.com is aiming to prove that they are one of the leading online retailers by giving the people with fulfilled services and efficient product. They sell their own goods as well as the third party goods. Products like electronic items, software products, hardware products, kitchen items, jewelry, watches, baby product, dress for mem, women and children etc. They also provide FBA which is an Amazon service where other sellers can ship their goods to Amazon warehouse for stocking.
Amazon.com recruit people who are very good in their technical skill, so that they can innovate new things and can show their talent in emerging technology. They provide friendly ambience for the employees and so that they can complete their project without stress. The team leads and the managers create friendly circumstance to the employee by extending the dead line, helping technically etc. They innovate new products and technology year after year to put fourth their company in higher position.
