Calculation:

In beta decay, a nucleus with $N$ neutrons and $Z$ protons forms a product which has $N-1$ neutrons and $Z+1$ proton and antineutrino particle is also formed.

In beta decay, an electron, and an antineutrino ( $\overline{v}$ ) are formed.

The nuclear equation of beta decay of $\text{C}$ is:

  $\text{C}\to \text{N}\text{+}e+\overline{v}$ .

Conclusion:

After $\text{β}$ decays of $\text{C}$ the formed products are $\text{N}\text{, }e,$ and $\overline{v}$ .
