Management issues

• The traditional hierarchical structure has multiple levels of management in the business.
• These multiple levels have a pattern of hierarchical structure.
• Thus if traditional is moved to flatter structure, then middle management is removed.
• Thus the issue in removing the middle management will be the key issue for the business.
• Hence the management need to face issue in direct managing the labour or employee also.
