The feature that is common in a plasma cell and a memory cell that descended from the same B cell have in common, and how do they differ.

Concept Introduction:

The priming of the naïve B cells by the specific antigen protein peptides causes the formation of the effector B cells and memory B cells. The memory B cells are inactive but have recognition for the antigen for which the body was previously exposed. The effector B cells secrete the antibodies against the pathogens and degrade them to prevent the spread of the infection.
