Introduction:
Labor/ Birth: It is the process of delivery of a mammal child, in which placenta, umbilical cord, membranes and baby is expelled out of the uterus.

Three stages of birth is as follows:
Dilation: It is the process of enlargement of the cervix just before the expulsion of a child. It is the first stage of labor.
Expulsion stage: It is the second stage of labor, which starts from full dilation of the cervix and it last until baby completes out of the birth canal/ female’s body.
Placental stage: This is the 3rd stage of labor, that includes the expulsion of the membranes, umbilical cord, and placenta out of the birth canal.
