Concept Introduction:
The nursing care plan is the management of the patient’s portfolio based on a particular drug effect in that patient. A proper nursing care plan involves the induction of patient to take the medication as per the medical prescription, dosage administration, and checking the patient’s health feedback after the intake of the medication. Several pharmacological features such as drug toxicity, hypersensitivity, and bioavailability are taken into account in the nursing care. Proper nursing care gives the patient a sustained health care.
