Determining the business process and structure of information depends upon the competitive edge which has been adopted. If the company wants to be a low-cost business, then the implementation process need to be developed with the minimum cost. This will provide less customer service and the products delivered will not be efficient. If the company wants to be a high-cost business, then the implementation process need to be developed with the maximum cost. For this the company has to choose differentiation strategy as the competitive strategy. The company has to ensure whether they are providing excellent customer service.
