Introduction:
Plant hormones play an essential role in the life cycle of plants. Plant hormones are the chemicals secreted by specific cells and transported via xylem and phloem to other parts of the plants. There are six major plant hormones: auxin, gibberellin, cytokinin, ethylene, abscisic acid, and florigen. Each plant hormone has different function and they regulate the development of plants through its life cycle.
