Introduction:

Respiration is the process in which there is a transfer of respiratory gasses in an organism and thereby release of energy for carrying out various life processes like locomotion, circulation excretion and many others. During this process there is an intake of oxygen and release of carbon dioxide. This intake of oxygen helps in cellular digestion of food and thereby results in the release of energy.
