Chapter 50, Problem 7A
Summary Introduction
Introduction:
Immune system is the defense system of the host body which comprise of many processes and structures that protects the body against any infection or disease. The nonspecific immunity of the body is also known as innate immunity. It provides general response towards the pathogen. The body mechanism that protect against specific infections is known as adaptive immunity. The response of the adaptive immunity is carried by the lymphocytes which recognize specific molecules of the foreign body.
