Introduction: In a community, each species plays a particular ecological role and function under specific environmental conditions, which is known as its ecological niche. The response of an organism or population to the distribution of resources and to competitors describes the ecological niche. A niche comprises local environment of the species called habitat. This also incorporates with the food habit, intra-species, and interspecies relationships.
