The relationships between different organisms can be determined as: symbiotic, if the host and the microbe live together and non symbiotic, if host and microbe are independent and free living. Symbiotic relationship can be of three types, mutual relationship, commensal and parasitism. Non symbiotic can be of two types synergic and antagonistic.
