Concept introduction:
Osteoporosis is the process in which the density of the bone decreases to great levels. The bones become brittle and subject to pathological fractures. This occurs when the body loses too much bone density and comparatively develops on slower rate. This results in weakening of bones to an extent where a small intensity blow can result in fractures.
