In the modern economic context, many recruiters employ individuals via LinkedIn by gaining a glimpse of their social media accounts to identify their strengths and weaknesses, their major networks, likes and dislikes, all this vital information can be gained through referring to their social media accounts. Organizations excessively use different social medias to connect with employees nowadays.
