Summary Introduction
Culturing microbes is feasible only when an appropriate culture media are available. Continuous culture system and batch culture system are the two majorly used microbial culture method. A continuous culture system is used to cultivate microbes in a limited source of nutrients, such as chemostat and turbidostat. Whereas in the batch culture system, nutrients are continuously supplied to cultivate the microorganism.
