Introduction:

Restriction digestion takes place at specific sites in the genome. It depends upon the type of restriction enzymes used for digesting the palindromic repeat sequences in $\text{DNA}$ These sequences are normally $\text{4}\text{bp-6}\text{bp}$ (base-pairs) in length. It is isolated from bacterial strain Hemophilus hemolyticus species.
