First law states that reflected ray, incident ray and normal lie in the same the plane.
Second law states that angle of incidence is same as the angle of reflection.
Angle of bouncing is not discussed in law of reflection and angle of diffraction is used in diffraction but here the phenomenon is reflection so option B and C are incorrect.
Angle of refraction is used in the phenomena called refraction and in that angle of reflection is not used so this is also incorrect.
