How Facebook might benefit from increasing the presence of women on its corporate board.
Introduction:
Gender diversity manages with equal representation of men and women in the workplace. In order to be unbiased and reasonable in the workplace, there should be an equal picture of women and men. Though, this isn't the case always in the modern time. Gender variety related to a work environment gives the idea that men and women are selected at the same rate. They are paid equally for equal work. The promotions are also at same rate. Still in many organizations there is no right gender diversity and equality.
