I'm having trouble creating a project network diagram. I don't understand calculating the time and total slack for each activity using forward pass and backward pass. Please explain how to draw and calculate a project network diagram.
Using an example explain the concept of project crashing
Draw a network representation of the project (nodes = activities, arrows = precedence constraints). Provide early start/early finish as well as late start/late finish times for all activities.
