Interpretation:
The measurement that limits the answer when adding or subtracting measurements is to be stated.
Concept introduction:
The exact precision of the reading depends upon the sensitivity of the instrument. An exact measurement is not possible as all instruments have a certain degree of uncertainty. Higher the uncertainty, less precise will be the measurement.
