CAREER ROAD MAP KUSH PATEL
(100895818)
1.
YOUR CAREER OBJECTIVE
Career Objective Statement and Special Dream for My Future career: -
My long-term career objective is to establish an effective import-export
company with an especially strong focus on the food sector. This objective relates with my expectations, passions, and skills. Thus, I am quite excited about it. I see my professional path as one that promotes
both individual achievement and positive social change. I want to expand the food company my family already owns in India to a worldwide level, starting with the USA and Canada. My goal is to help Indian immigrants abroad while also introducing the globe to the rich, diversified aromas of Indian food.
Motto: "Spreading the flavors of India worldwide, one plate at a time, while nurturing the dreams of Indian immigrants."
This tagline embodies my dedication to strengthening my neighborhood and uniting cultures via cuisine. It will serve as a map for
me as I proceed through the possibilities and obstacles on my way to realizing my dream of being a prosperous worldwide businessperson in
the food import-export sector.
2.
CAREER GOALS: -
a)
Create a Powerful Export Network I need to build a strong export network in the USA and Canada if I want to accomplish my professional goal. This entails locating reputable suppliers, establishing connections with distributors and retailers, adhering to import laws, and making sure supplies are made on schedule. To extend my business internationally, I must be successful in achieving this aim.
b)
Win Brand Recognition and Market Penetration My long-term professional goal is to help Indian immigrants and spread Indian food to other nations. I need to build brand awareness and market penetration to do that. This involves collecting market data,
developing a winning marketing plan, establishing a web presence, and working with regional influencers.
c)
Encourage and help Indian immigrants I am dedicated to helping Indian immigrants in targeted nations as part of my professional goal. This entails generating employment possibilities, collaborating
with regional groups, and supporting charitable projects that benefit
the community at large. Realizing this objective promotes integration and cross-cultural dialogue.
3.
STEP THREE: DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO OVERCOME BARRIERS AND HELP YOU REACH EACH GOALS: -
Part 1: Barriers to Goals
Key Goal 1: Establish a Strong Export Network in Canada and the USA
Barrier 1: The Challenges of Regulatory and Compliance The difficult regulatory environment in Canada and the USA is a major obstacle to building a strong export network. It can be difficult and time-consuming to comply with import laws, certification requirements, and quality standards, which could lead to delays and additional costs.
Barrier 2: A saturated and competitive market in both Canada and the United
States, there are many players and intense competition in the food sector. A significant barrier, especially for a newbie, might be getting into this industry
and acquiring a competitive edge.
Key Goal 2: Achieve Market Penetration and Brand Recognition
Barrier 1: Choices and Cultural Differences Understanding and responding to the various cultural tastes of Canadian and American customers may be challenging. To accommodate local preferences and nutritional patterns, Indian food may require modifications.
Barrier 2: Marketing Budget Restrictions Financial resources are required to develop a successful marketing plan. Budget limits may limit the scope of marketing operations, affecting brand recognition.
Key Goal 3: Empower and Support Indian Immigrants
Barrier 1: Resources are limited. Allocating money for job creation and charitable purposes can be difficult, especially in the early phases of corporate development.
Barrier 2: Cultural and language divides Cultural and linguistic difficulties could block successful interaction and integration attempts with the Indian immigrant population in the target nations.
Part 2: Strategies to Overcome Barriers
Key Goal 1: Establish a Strong Export Network in Canada and the USA
Strategy 1: Regulatory Knowledge Invest in employing or consulting with import-export specialists. To accelerate compliance and avoid delays, ensure
a strong workforce is well-versed in each country's individual regulatory needs.
Strategy 2: Quality and distinction to stand out in a crowded market, highlight the distinct aspects of Indian food. Concentrate on producing high-
quality items while emphasizing authenticity and cultural importance.
Key Goal 2: Achieve Market Penetration and Brand Recognition
Strategy 1: Market analysis and adaptation Conduct extensive market research to learn about local tastes. Product offers and marketing efforts should be tailored to these tastes while retaining the uniqueness of Indian food.
Strategy 2: Marketing That Saves Money Implement low-cost marketing methods such as social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer relationships to increase reach without breaking the bank.
Key Goal 3: Empower and Support Indian Immigrants

respond to the following as to why this is a good choice for a teleheath company
The company I chose that provides mental health services through telehealth is www.NAMI.org
The company provides support and education to those who are affected by mental illnesses and have 600 local affiliates and 49 state organizations. The organization lists 5 values in which assist in the possibility of recovery in which applies to the service of their mission to provide equality and hope to those struggling. There is no fee as the organization accepts donations and has volunteers. NAMI also offers DIY fundraisers and gifts of stock. I believe a benefit to this telehealth service benefits to those that are struggling with a mental illness as they provide help to kids, teens, young adults, and veterans whereas some organizations only focus on one age group. Some potential drawbacks I feel would consist of the patient not being consistent with calling in or not engaging fully as there is no in person…

When chef and entrepreneur Greg Brown decided to open a vegan restaurant his motivation was simple: “I’m a vegan, and it was hard to find places to eat in Baltimore.” What started as just a side hustle catering local events and providing meal preparation services turned into a staple food destination in the city of Baltimore. In January 2011, Greg along with his wife Naijha opened the Land of Kush in Baltimore’s Seton Hill neighborhood. The name of the restaurant is a reference to the ancient Nile Valley civilization: “I wanted to bring a modern awareness to ancient African culture,” says Mr. Brown. The theme of the restaurant’s menu primarily focuses on putting a vegan twist on traditional southern comfort food. The menu features vegetable-based dishes such as yams, kale, and cabbage, along with barbecued “ribs” and vegan “crab-cakes'' which are actually made of soy protein and seitan wheat. To Let Go or to Let Live: The Case of Malou
I am a Marketing Personnel of a reputable institution in Makati. I have been connected with this company for the past three years. In those years, I have delivered more than what was expected of me. After the department head resigned two years ago, I was made to do some of his roles. Eventually, I got appointed as head of our department pro tempore.
My dilemma started one Monday afternoon when the President of our organization called me for a brief closed-door meeting.
"I called for you to discuss Malou. One of her clients remitted forty thousand in cash as payment for their loan. Unfortunately, this amount did not reach our office. It was with Malou for over two weeks, with obviously malicious reasons."
"Having heard that this particular client is about to call our attention, she immediately went to the client and paid back the amount in two separate payments within one week. After which, we immediately proceeded to our personnel…

The TriBeCa Coffee story is not as much a tale as it is an adventure that has lasted more than two decades. Dale Mazon arrived in South Africa in 1996, a trained Barista with a Business Degree and a keen desire to start his own business – which he did in Pretoria Central for a while, until he met Martin Fitzgerald in 1997.
