Project Scope Statement Project Goal / Business Justification Describe the business need this project addresses The goal for this project is to launch a brand-new retail location in Colorado Springs, CO in the span of the following six months. To serve the city of Colorado Springs more effectively, draw a wider audience and make it possible for Kitchen Heaven items to be available to all. Objectives (in business terms) Describe the measurable goals of the project, e.g., reduce cost by xxxx or increase quality to yyyy Sign the lease within 14 days. Stores ought to have a classroom section in back for instructional classes and cooking demonstrations. By the first day of July, Colorado Springs will welcome its 50th location. When designing the storefront, make sure it has storage.The retail line will be delivered two weeks prior to the grand opening. There will be a cooking demonstration party at the grand opening.
