M2 Charitable Efforts
One charitable organization that I feel would be a good partner to Radio Flyer is Boys and Girls Clubs of America. This organization provides a worldwide club experience for young people to come and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This club aims to keep young people out of trouble and help them become more productive. This would be a good partnership because both goals are to give back to the youth and Radio Flyer can donate their products into these clubs where the kids can enjoy themselves. This partnership will show customers that it’s not all about the money and its more about the youth and raising our future to become good citizens one day. Boys And Girls Club end goal is “We believe every kid has what it takes. The mission and core beliefs of Boys & Girls Clubs fuel our commitment to promoting safe,
positive, and inclusive environments for all. Boys & Girls Clubs of America supports all youth and teens – of every race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, and religion – in reaching their full potential.”

Case One: Facebook Moves into E-Commerce
On the social networking site Facebook, users create profiles that allow them to connect with friends, organizations, and companies through posts and ads that appear in their personal News Feed as well as through Pages that are designed to help organizations and companies connect with interested users. And with more than 1.4 billion active users, including 900 million who visit the site every day, Facebook represents a huge potential online marketplace.
Over the years, Facebook has experimented with many different features designed to help marketers connect with prospective customers—from banner ads to sponsored links to highly visual engagement ads that allow advertisers to show several clickable images or videos within a single News Feed ad. Although Facebook has incorporated ads for some time, it is now focusing more intently on tools that make it easier for customers to purchase something immediately based on an ad they see—ideally, all…

Their board of directors in 2014 was delighted with their cash flow and profits. However, they were concerned about future growth because of changing diets of many consumers who had become more concerned about consuming milk-based products. The company had already added low-fat versions of the major products but the board members were concerned that this would not be sufficient to sustain their growth and profits. Some possibilities that were suggested for consideration included (1) setting up a new company to produce non-dairy-based products such as almond milk and other alternatives to cow milk. All the new products would have a healthy “spin” such as the White Wave company; (2) market expansion of their existing product lines into Mexico and Central America; (3) expanding their current product offerings by adding ice cream, high-end cheeses made from goat and sheep milk, and high-end milk-based candy; and (4) a combination of one or more of these alternatives. 1.
