The APA DSM5 Level 2 was most appealing to me too. It is interesting to see how each aspect is measured by the DSM5 and where the individual falls on the line of that mental illness or disorder. I have never seen how an individual is diagnosed with a disorder therefore this information is engaging to me. This part of the final is most appealing because we will be able to see questions that are analyzed for these disorders and how the scores are measured. II. Explain which of the problems identified in the Final Project Case File will be targeted for the comprehensive case conceptualization. a. For the Final project we are to choose one of the APA DSM5 Level 2 and the severity measure that it is matched one. For the case conceptualization, we are to incorporate the APA DSM5 Level 2 and the severity measure to address the critical elements that are displayed in the assessments. III. Justify why one problem was chosen over the others in the Final Project Case File. a. One problem could have been chosen over the others in the case file because of how the individual was feeling throughout that week. It depends how the individual did the assessment and the emotions they were feeling in the day.

Certain problems could have been identified because of the current assessments of the individual and the results of that assessment. The assessments that were done before including the Intake Assessment, APA DSM5 WHODAS 2.0, APA DSM5 Cultural Formulation Interview, etc determine how that individual’s mentality is therefore can determine the additional assessments they may need based on their results. IV. Identify remaining questions about the Final Project I Guidelines and Rubric document. a. Will we be given examples of what language to use the case conceptualization like how it is written in real-world?
