Having a high standard of personal integrity and honesty will really help prepare one for employment in the justice field in many different ways. Integrity and honesty is one of the most important requirements for any criminal justice career. I was raised in a loving and caring home with the most wonderful parents. They introduced to me many core values that I am very grateful for. Many times these two things conflict. I am always brutally honest with my customers by giving them all their options and my recommendation. I care about making the company money but not at the expense of my customers. I refuse to bind them to agreements to phone carriers that make them pay much more than they have too. My employers are very aware of my work ethic but they cannot obligate me to change my ways because I still hit my performance every month.
