Interpretation:
The sort of weighings that might be expressed in stones is to be stated. The standards that might have been used to establish the unit are to be stated.
Concept introduction:
The measurement is divided into two parts; one is a number and second is an identifying unit. If any number is written without a unit then that number cannot express its exact use. The measurements are always unit dependent. For example, temperature is measured in degrees Celsius, time is measured in seconds and length is measured in meters.
