Summary Introduction
To analyze:
The anatomy and classifications of myofilaments
Introduction:
Myofilaments are protein microfilaments that are packed parallelly to make the myofibril, and the microfibrils are in turn packed parallelly to make a muscle fiber. There are three different types of myofilaments, and the arrangement and actions of these three determine the contractions in the muscle.
