Introduction: Skill variety, job identity, job significance, autonomy, and feedback are core job characteristics of Person H and O. Skill variety is the requirement of a variety of skills and talents.
Job identity is allowing the worker to recognize a beginning and end, and letting them perceive the job as a whole. Job significance is the impact of the job on the organization or society. Autonomy is the freedom to make decisions and feedback is clear information about the performance.
