Introduction:
The blood group is categorized into AB, A, B, and O are ABO blood groups. The presence of RBC antigens (agglutinogens) determines the blood group. Apart from the ABO blood group types, the rhesus (Rh) factor also contributes to determine the blood group compatibility. The loss of blood, constriction of blood vessels, and the bone marrow steps up in the formation of the blood cell for maintaining circulation. The human body can bear loss of blood volume up to a certain limit. The blood loss of more than 30% causes severe shock, which leads to the death of human body.
