Introduction:

Muscle tissues are mainly of three types, namely skeletal, cardiac, and smooth muscles. Muscles contain muscle fibers that have alternate arrangement of actin and myosin proteins. The cross-bridge formation of these protein filaments results in movement through muscular contractions. Skeletal muscles are present in the forelimbs and hindlimbs and regulate the voluntary movements of the body.
